WBS Planner Solution

Extreme challenges (and simple too) require outcome:
Time to market
Tight budget
Total Quality
The TTT concept is what you need!

In general, a project is based on two domains:

System Engineering: gathering requirements, setting functionality, designing what is needed evaluating alternatives, risk assessment, and developing what is required.

Project Management Project Management to manage the project schedule, budget, and content.

Both domains should work in integrated harmony to succeed.

In most small projects, part of the project management can use the Breakdown Structure Method (BSM introduced by Gideon Koch at a PMI conference in 2014). On the other hand, engineering should be entirely performed using our tools.

To start using the WBS Planner we recommend that you have a look at the examples of the Breakdown Structures (to the right or scroll below on mobile). The chart below shows you how to use the tool for all the project phases.

You are welcome to register and use the free WBS planner professional. The Professional tool is free of charge and keeps the information on our server for team sharing as well as additional data you can add.

WBS Planner is part of a large Breakdown Structure method and tool that provides a complete solution for enterprises developing large-scale projects.
