Tests Plans

Acceptance Test Plan should be defined immediately (or in parallel) to requirements. Unit tests are set during the design process or sometimes only in the project plan as some T.B.D. (To Be Defined) tasks. It is recommended to set for each working package a high-level test remark that should be made. It is recommended that in each stage inserting a Test Comment will be available. The test department will get the list of recommended tests and will prepare complete test scenarios in parallel to the development phase.
Tests issues should be pointed out at all project stages.
