Process
Identify the risks Probability and Consequences. Set a management plan to control risks. For each risk, one should set a date where the review should occur. If the risk (a delay in progress for instance) has occurred, then an alternative action should be launched immediately.
Output
A complete document with all the team members as well as the management layer should be traced and managed.
