Process
Create a task list and work breakdown structure (WBS)
Start by exporting your Dynamic Work Breakdown Structure to MS Project (supported by our tools) as your Summary Tasks. Add Sub Tasks as required.
Enter task durations or work estimates as discussed with the engineering teams.
Create dependencies between tasks.
Add tests and integration process into account.
Add management milestones, documentation, and reviews to your project plan,
Enter task durations or work estimates
Check for tasks, owner in charge, and risk assessment on the tasks on the critical pass.

Output
The output of this phase is a project plan SMART based. Each employee knows what he has to do, when, and how. The plan should have milestones to check if we are on track.
